Star Performance Awards!

We have worked with many different providers and as an organisation dedicated to the highest standards of care and recovery, we recognise the importance of these values and believe they should be celebrated. Our Star Performance Award! is judged against a set of key quality indicators.  The Star Performance Award! is a recognition of consistent outstanding commitment, professionalism and passion for care demonstrated by a service provider or individual.  

Previous Winners

In August 2017 we awarded no fewer than seven awards to individual services from Potens NorthWest.  We also recognised the outstanding commitment to Recovery, Teaching and Learning to two service users at Potens who contributed to staff training by relating their own recovery stories.

Previous winners of the Star Performance Award! include Crystal Hall in Preston and Eden Futures Supported Living in Bradford who have received the award twice.

Latest Winners: Active Pathways in Preston.

We are please to announce that Active Pathways in Preston are  the latest recipients of a Star Performance Award!, for Brookhaven and The Hamptons.  We also announced a brand new award for two individual members of staff who demonstrated nursing care excellence.  The awards were presented by Person First Solutions Clinical Director, Patrick Doyle, at a special event in November 2017, attended by service users and staff from Active Pathways.
